How long is dispatch?
Dispatch is 3-5 working days approx. 

Can I add on to my order after it’s been placed?

We cannot amend or add on to orders once they’ve been placed. If you need additional items please make another order. 

How much is delivery?
Delivery is £7.99 and is a fully tracked courier service. Delivery is free over £150. 

Will I receive tracking for my order?
You will receive notifications from us and the courier with full tracking information.

Can I pay for rush delivery?

We currently don’t offer a rush service and do all orders in order of being placed. 

Do I need an account to purchase?
You do not need an account to purchase from Jess’ Craft Blanks. You need an account to earn points and view your orders.

How do I earn points for my order?
In order to earn points you MUST be logged in to your account when purchasing. We cannot add points on from previous orders made when not logged in.

Can I use your images to advertise?
Of course! Please use any photos on our website for your own advertising  

Can I cancel my order?
Our business is very fast paced and thus such we do not allow cancellations or returns as we are B2B. This is clearly explained in the terms and conditions you must accept at checkout. Please see policy here - https://jesscraftblanks.co.uk/pages/returns

Something’s wrong with my order. How do I solve this?
Please send all order issues or queries within 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Anything reported after this timeframe will not be resolved. We do not hold responsibility for any items with damages or faults after they have been personalised in any way, shape or form.
